HotelEXPERT - Easy to Use

Step 1 -Create a ticket through the desktop or mobile app and it will automatically be assigned to the correct department and staff member.

Step 2 -The staff member will receive the alert on their mobile device with all the details. They can update the ticket, move it to a project, or put it on DND.

Step 3 -Once the staff member completes the task, they close the ticket. If it is a guest request, a callback will automatically be created to follow up with the guest.

Escalations -Supervisors and Managers will be alerted if tickets are not completed by the time set for that type of task.

Reporting -Leadership receives automated reports on daily guest requests and work completed.

Tasks & Scheduling – Management can set up tasks and staff schedules ahead of time and make changes on the fly.
